The Products
The images are for presentation purposes only – depending on your monitor, there might be slight color variations from the real product. All prints ship unframed. You should handle the prints with care, holding them by the edges and displaying them protected from UV light. The prices are shown in lei and euros and can change at any time. Both prices and shipping costs can be checked on the ”check-out” page.

The contents of this website (including, but not limited to, text, images, software code) are protected by Romanian and international copyright law. All unauthorized reproductions are strictly forbidden.
Payment:
Payment can be done either through cash on delivery, or credit card. Shop.mariasurducan.com does not store confidential card details – those are sent through an encrypted, secure connection (Stripe). To ensure the process goes well, all information provided by the customer on the check-out page must be correct (name, address, e-mail, phone-number, credit card details) – otherwise, the order can be rejected, and, if the payment has already been made, the money will be reimbursed.
Shipping:
Shipping is processed through e-colet (for Romania and Regional deliveries), or through the regular postal services (for the rest of the world). Outside of promotions, shipping costs 20 lei/4 euros in Romania, 50 lei/10 euros for Regional deliveries (Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece and Poland), 65 lei/13 euros for Continental Eu (France, Gemany, Spain, Portugal, Poland, The Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Italy, Estonia, Laltvia, Lithuania, Belgium, The Netherlands) and 100lei/20 euros for international deliveries. Orders will be delivered to the couriers 1-5 days after they’ve been placed. Estimated delivery times are : 1-2 days for Romania, 2-10 days for Regional deliveries and 10-30 day for international deliveries. Delivery times are estimates only, and may be influenced by factors outside or our control for which we offer no guarantee.
Orders form outside of the European Union may carry additional custom charges. Those are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Warranty:
If the products have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon receival. We will replace the order, or, if the products are out of stock, you will be reimbursed.
Returns and refunds:
You have 14 days to return the products, from the moment of receipt. You don’t have to invoke a reason. The payment (including the order and the initial order shipping cost) will be reimbursed once the product has been returned to us. If you want to return a product, please contact us at shop@mariasurducan.com and we’ll agree on the details of the return. You will have to cover the shipping costs of the return (expedition by courier mandatory for returns in Romania), and the product must be undamaged, in its original package.

Disclaimer:
If, following a technical error, the information on the website (concerning prices or stocks) is incorrect, we have the right to cancel the orders and reimburse any payments you might have already made, as soon as possible.
